The MOMS Club of St. Cloud Executive Board

We strongly feel this is your chapter.  We are simply here to help support you, and make this the best chapter possible.  Please feel free to contact any of us directly with any questions, comments, or suggestions.

Our President - Nicole

Nicole became a member in September of 2006.  Since becoming a member, Nicole has served as our President, as well as our chapter Secretary, both for two terms.  She presides at meetings, guides the group's activities, and also maintains contact with the International MOMS Club volunteers to ensure our chapter can best meet our member's needs.  She enjoys being a mom and being in the MOMS Club. It has provided her with so many great friends and also great friends for her three children. She says "It has been so rewarding to be a part of something bigger than myself by supporting the other Moms in our club and also supporting other Moms and Children in our community."

 
Our Administrative Vice President - Karrie

Karrie became a member in September of 2010 and quickly became our AVP in October of 2010.  Karrie really likes the support and unity that MOMS Club offers.  Karrie helps organize our chapter's service projects and fundraisers.  She also assists the President in fulfilling her duties of office and assumes her duties when she is not available.

 
 
 
 
Our Membership Vice President - Becky

As Membership Vice President, Becky promotes membership in the group by publicizing the group in the community, and coordinates publicity with the President.  She assists the Treasurer in the collection of dues and as well as coordinates hospitality at the meetings. She is the "people person" and is typically the first contact for new and potential members.  She helps recruit new members, as well as maintain existing membership. 



 



Our Treasurer - Kelly

Kelly became a member in March 2009.  With Kelly's attention to detail, she because Treasurer in July 2010.  She is responsible for the funds of the group, and deposits such funds in the group's checking account.  She maintains financial records of the group, receives and legally disperses any funds as directed by the Executive Board, gives proper vouchers and receipts for any transactions, prepares and presents a financial report to the Executive Board and members of the group monthly, and prepares any other financial reports as may be required by the Executive Board or the MOMS Club corporation. She also sends out reminders to all renewing members.

 
Our Secretary - Jess

Jess maintains the history of our chapter by conducting minutes at our monthly business and executive board meetings.  She also maintains the chapter directory.  Jess joined in 2009 after the birth of her daughter and started to get involved right away by joining the Executive Board. She started out in the AVP position, took over the President for the second half of that year and continued her role as President the following year.  This year she was still interested in being involved in the Board, but wanted to take a position that was less involved, although still an important role, because of the birth of her son.  She says, "I look forward to another fabulous year of MOMS Club support and activities!"
